"Great welcome on 24th floor by Ms Hazel. We stayed in room 2408 and room 2328. Prefer breakfast with the crowd on the ground level. Did not avail of club level dining as there’s many options in Greenbelt and Glorietta. Enjoyed listening to great performance with Jessie(?) singing Friday night up to 11pm. New World Makati Hotel is clean and situated across luxury mall at Greenbelt 3. SPA: Air conditioning is set TOO COLD for body massage and the temperature could not be adjusted. GYM: Many options for cardio equipment as there were 2+rooms dedicated for gym available 24 hours for guests Hotel entrance is accessed by walking through metal detector, large bags are screened but not searched. BONUS: Beautiful working dog on duty to keep hotel employees and hotel guests safe while on the property. "

"I want to write a glowing review of "The Mini Suites". I normally have many good things to say about other parts of a hotel but not often the front desk. Not at a place as busy as this. But yet, I find myself wanting to write about how incredibly positive every interaction I had at the front desk was. Whether it was busy or late late at night. I was greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. It actually made me stop appreciate the high standard by which they maintain their interactions. The rooms were small but I knew that going in. It wasn't an issue. The pool was quite nice and I booked this hotel especially for the lane swim length pool. The gym was also nice. Honestly, this location was really convenient. I stayed at another hotel a few days later and felt sorry for leaving this one. I felt like I was getting 4+ star service for 3 star prices. I hope to stay here again when next I'm in Manila."

"Hotel buffet is better than Hotel Savoy. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Only complaint is that the elevators are slow and always packed with people. "
