What is amazing about this hotel is the staff. They are very courteous, polite and just over all very nice. Too bad my room was just ok. It smells like urine all over the room I was in. They also need a good budget for new towels. I was drying myself with sandpaper. It's a very promising accommodation good thing the redeeming quality is the staff. They were very easy to talk to and helpful.

Overall had a pleasant stay. Check in was smooth and the staff even helped me with getting from the airport at 1:30am! Check out was a little less smooth? I had spoken to one of the staff the night before about checking out late but in the morning, I was not only texted on WhatsApp that my check out was at 11, normal time, but also got knocks on my door by someone that didn’t know that I had gotten a late check out for 12… That was quite annoying. Location was a bit out of the way for me but everything else was great and I would come back!

When I Travel, most important thing is the cleanliness and friendly staff. I actually booked Airbnb and it did not turn out well as far as sanitization of the bathroom. Gave up the booking and booked Artemis Place very last minute. As soon as I arrived, we were greeted by front desk reception Joanna, who had a smile on at all times during our stay and even gave us tips on where to go and where we should avoid as safety was her #1 concern for us. Also there is a Security Guard 24hrs and when I had to get some fresh air few times middle of the night and he stood by my side literally guarding me from strangers. Love the service and very clean place. Would highly recommend.
