No refund from this hotel

i believe i have been treated very badly by this hotel, they would not, give me a refund, even though the reason i could not make it to the hotel was out of my hands ( Force Maseure) my flight was cancelled by air asia , thats the reason i could not make it, but they will not give me a refund, i will never ever stay in one of their hotels ever again.

絶対におすすめしない

場所が裏路地で夜物騒な雰囲気。近くにコンビニなど無く夜は配達を頼むしか無い。部屋が写真よりずっと狭く、何より悪かったのはWifiの不調でしばらく繋がらない。スタッフの印象もフィリピン旅行の中でも相対的にとても悪い。2日予約しましたが一泊で出ます。安さに釣られては駄目です。BGC周辺に泊まるならもっとお金を出すべきです。

新しいホテルです。

新しくできたホテルです。 新しいホテルなので奇麗です、部屋は広く、シャワー室も広いです。治安は一応マカティなので大丈夫です,ローカルな場所ですけど。 ホテルの前はジープが頻繁に通るので、それに乗ればLRTの駅に直接行けます。 そんに不便では無いと思います。

My favourite in Philippines

This hotel is the best I've stayed in Phillipines. I arrived 6am and the staff were very helpful. The room was spotless. With a nice view from the window. Shower was the best I've used for months. There is a rooftop to get a nice view of the sunset. I really liked the staff and chatting with them. Very helpful and friendly especially the nightshift girls on reception and nightshift guard. Also this is a great area to stay and I felt pretty safe in day or night. Felt like real Manila.

This was our second stay here and highly recommended. The place is spotless, the aircon silent and only about 15 from international terminal. Warning though - there is no lift and 5 floors so luck of the draw how much climbing you have to do each day.
