"Pool was cloudy and never maintained with huge user load. Staff often seemed clueless of how to help. Painfully slow check in process. Good buffet but lunch was crap."

"clean room - however. on one occasion they cleaned the room late (around 6pm after requesting for our room to be cleaned). staff - friendly and accommodating breakfast: stayed there for 4 days - it’s the same food all the time. outdoor pool - didn’t use it but many people used it."

"Super convenient to the airport - Grab is only 80 pesos. Not much shopping though but we were not there for shopping. Nice and safe area."

"Booked for a 4 guests and only provided 2 bath towels, had to call the receptionist and what more worst is no toilet paper on the washroom. So disappointed and not satisfied with the stay."

"Everything was perfect from the staff, cleanliness, food from UMU restaurant, breakfast buffet, The Pantry ala carte menus was great. We even ordered for take out after we checked out. One thing i hope they have as complimentary is a bottled water and not a water from the pitchel. But other than that Dusit Hotel never disappoint me. I even applied for Dusit lifestyle membership program. Looking forward to stay again and avail all the benifits of lifestyle membership program."
