"room was very spacious and cleanliness was impressive! we were also treated with exceptional hospitality from the moment we arrived. All the staff ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the stay, whether it was providing recommendations, helping with bookings and deliveries as we did not have a korea number, or simply ensuring our comfort, their professionalism and friendliness were exceptional. "The condo was comfortable and spacious for a family with small children. The couches were quite worn out with many stains on them so it wasn't comfortable to sit on them. The staff are friendly and willing to help out, however many do not speak English so communication can be tricky. There is a lot to do on the resort grounds for families. If you have a car, driving just a few minutes outside of the resort will get you to a convenient store that has more resonable prices than the same branded convenient store on the resort grounds. "
