Otel temizlik yönünden çok iyiydi. Sadece banyodan gider kokusu geliyor. Otelin tüm çalışanları güleryüzlü ve ilgililer. Otel eski Mardinde yer almakta ve konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Ancak araçla tam önüne gidilmemekte ve 300m filan ara sokaklardan yürüyeyerek gidiliyor.

Tüm çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlü. Temizlik gayet başarılı. Kahvaltıda her şey taze, lezzetli ve bayağıı doyurucu. Çarşı kısmına yürüyerek 10dk falan. Sessiz ve huzur verici bi ortamı var. Biz çok memnun kaldık bir daha Mardin’e gidersek yine burayı tercih ederim. Hayvan dostu olmaları da tercih etmem için extra bir sebep :)

Otel çok güzel, temizdi. Sakin bir bölgede kalıyor. Sakıp Sabancı müzesine kadar gelirseniz sonrası yürüme mesafesinde. Navigasyonlar çok dar sokaklara sokuyor. Harika bir otel. Bina,tasarım, mobilyalar çok güzel. Oda,çarşaflar, banyo tertemiz. Manzara harika. Merkeze çok yakın. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever. Kahvaltı çok yeterli. Such a magical place. They did an incredible job of restoring a historic building and retaining it's original characteristics, while including many comfortable modern features like air conditioning, wifi, and hot water. The staff and host were so incredibly thoughtful, warm and hospitable. I came with my two friends from the US and we all had the most wonderful, memorable, and lovely time. We are all photographers and every angle you looked like a set you would have spent hours planning. We will miss the hotel, the staff, and we will miss Mardin! Hope to be back soon. One thing to note is that it is a bit difficult to get to, but you can call them and hand your phone to the drive for guidance.

Camlı oda olmasına dikkat ederek tercih edin.

Otel şık görüntüsü ile merkezi konumda yer alıyor. Kahvaltısı standart görselde göründüğü gibi değil. Otopark olduğu yazıyor ama araçınızı otele varmadan 150-200 m kadar bir sokağa park ediyorsunuz. O da yer varsa tabi. Otoparkı yok. Odanızın camı olmasına dikkat edin, biz camsız “kurşunlu” isimli odada kaldık. Bir günlük konaklamaydı ve kötü bir geceydi. Hava temizleyici vardı fakat çok işe yaradığı söylenemez. Rutubetli ve havasızdı. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Camlı oda olmasına dikkat ederek tercih edebilirsiniz.
