"The receptionist spoke no English. The room had no safe. A cockroach was in the room. There was no “Tranquility” at Freedom Beach. Not anything near what was expected. No problem finding staff around when you need something (except in the middle of the night there is only a night watch person but no supplies or drinks or anything). "This is Jean Claude Bessudo’s best work and project to date. Aviatur built an oasis in nature WITHOUT disturbing it. Nature is the star of this resort - as it should be. The staff is super attentive and the facilities are well maintained. The food options are plentiful and delicious. The National Aviary of Colombia is close by and is not to be missed. I am of Colombian descent and will return. It’s just beautiful. "
