"We stayed for one night . Some elevators were out of order. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had to ask few times for soup and towels before we got some. Location is in back of alley way and not so safe but it is literally 2 minutes drive from entrance "

"The property itself was gravest. Coffee service in the lobby was excellent. Located outside the park is nice because of fewer crowds and access to restaurants. But the wait to get back through the park gates was rough—30-45 minutes depending on the time of day. Biggest gripe about the hotel itself is that we were there 3 nights and housekeeping never serviced our room the entire time"

"Pretty pricey for what it is. Definitely an older property that sees a lot of traffic. I guess proximity to the park gives them the ability to upcharge. Not many options around for food. Especially if you’re getting in late."

"Fabulous stay. Walk to a lot of sights. Used bus for longer distances. Easy to use. Staff was outstanding. The park is out of this world. Literally. Post cards don’t do it justice. Grand Canyon is a must see. Different restaurants fight our needs. Just a great great stay."

"El Tovar provides perfect space for groups to gather and also find their own private time when desired. Location couldn’t be better for exploring the magical Grand Canyon from any vantage point. The free coffee in the mezzanine was a special treat as you can awaken on your own time as friends and family meander up in the morning. A wonderful place I hope to return to someday."
