"Got in super late at night after a delayed flight with no problems. Quick check in and we appreciated the shuttle pickup from the airport. Concierge service was great. Breakfast was excellent. Really appreciated being able to leave some luggage while we traveled elsewhere and picked it up a week later. We will stay there again!"

"Arrived at midnight and will be leaving this morning. It’s such a lovely hotel, I so wish we missed staying in Miami and came here for a few days. It’s a special place, staff are lovely, standards are high, room is perfect, had a prob with TV they came up within 5 mins and fixed it. The free shuttle was efficient and quick. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff serving. Nothing was to much. Will def stay here again. Only thing I think they could improve on is have a few English channels on the TV as we just wanted to see the news. "
