We had a great stay at this Riad. We’re so happy we started our trip here. It was in such a good location, however I would recommend contacting the riad beforehand and getting them to arrange a airport pick it - helps a lot with bearings. Hassan was amazing, he gave advice about the Médina, do and do nots which was useful. He also took us on a walk and gave us tips on how to get back. So much attention to detail, felt like home! So warm and friendly. They also organised our trip to the desert, we ended up paying the lower band in our group as everyone booked from different vendors, so we recommend you book your excursions through them too

Excellent riad, good location.
On arrival the staff were amazing and very helpful, we where given mint tea, shown our room and made to feel very welcome. During our stay finding the riad the first day seemed a bit daunting but it was actually very easy to get about once we had got our bearings. All in all an excellent, friendly hotel!

Nice introduction to Morocco.
The riad was nice, a little difficult to find as this was our first experience or an old Moroccan Medina. Once in the owner settled us and showed us an 'alternative' suite to our room. No one else was in the hotel so I don't think he minded what room we occupied. There are two roof terraces, both very nice with views over the city and plenty of shade for the mid-afternoon heat. Easy access to what you need through the souks, although you have to get used to being hassled on your way to the square.

Nice staffs, but contact them in advance!
The overall staying was good, but the riad needs to provide better service. I arrived at the hotel at a late night, and the Riad was closed. One guy helped us to find the riad and contacted the office, but he finally cheated on us, and we lost money. I suggested contacting or calling the riad before arriving. The staffs were kind, but the room at the first day was not ready. Except this unpleasant experiene on the first day, the riad was good for me.

Nice location Great Stay!
We had a great time at this riad. The staff made sure our every need was met. The breakfast was a delight of Moroccan breads and fresh squeezed juices. The director of the Riad even called to be sure we made it home safely from our stay! Go and enjoy!

Great terrace with views of Atlas Mountains
Lovely riad with 2 terraces and one with views of the Atlas Mountains. Excellent location as very close to Jamaa el Fnaa. Simply decorated and clean and 2 friendly staff:Latifa who cooks and cleans and Soliman who is the handyman/carer. Good rates as it includes a nice breakfast. Will recommend to our friends and acquaintances to stay there.

I loved everything about this hotel It was in a quiet location just minutes from all the bustle of Marrakech. The rooms were very well appointed and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean throughout. The roof terrace was fantastic. And fabulous service. Excellent value for money. I'd definitely stay there again.

Familiäres Riad in ruhiger zentraler Lage

Great Riad
The Al Amine Riad was undoubtedly the best choice for a stay in Marrakech. It was beautiful, comfortable, and well located. Only a short walk to the Jamaa el Fna square. What's more, the host Slimane, couldn't have been more helpful. He was excellent with giving directions, arranged our desert excursion, and makes delicious tea and tajine. As he likes to say, "the people who stay at my riad aren't clients, they're friends." When I return to Marrakech, I will certainly stay here again.

Hotel Hell!
Don't stay here!!! It was a hell! We had no room available and no solution that was pleasant! The manager said there was no room matching our reservation. He offered us a room for only 2 people with the 3rd having to sleep in the living/ breakfast room. Both rooms with no heating. Plus electricity went out, there was no power... And we were all by ourselves, the manager left the building and just gave us the key. The next day we returned and the room was not available, we insisted we needed the room. The manager got aggressive, started yelling, insulted us and at one point started to sing and sent us away. This was the worst experience ever and we have been to more than 30 countries!!!

Bon Riad, excellent personnel

tolles landestypisches kleines Haus

Alt i alt ga hotellet meget god verdi for prisen men det passer neppe like godt for alle turister!

Beste Lage. Ansprechende Zimmer, gern im Frühjahr und Herbst! Und Gruppe! Lieben Gruss Ana
