Le propriétaire est une personne mal polie , incompétente et n'a pas honoré cette réservation prétendant n'être pas affilié à e bookers.ch . Merci de me rembourser cet hôtel car je n'y ai pas séjourné. J'ai déjà fait cette demande dès mon arrivée le 24 décembre 2018 par téléphone auprès de vos collaborateurs. Merci d'avance Christophe Dutoit
