"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. "Marlies and her husband served us a special and beautiful breakfast buffet. The peace and quiet of their hotel and surrounding felt amazing! We needed a last moment stay and chose Hotel Lucia. We arrived late and there was a nice vending machine available where you could choose dryed sausages and even a variety of beer an wine!! Mobile Key und Check-in am Terminal haben nicht funktioniert, telefonisch hat eine Mitarbeiterin aber sehr schnell geholfen. Für Fahrradfahrer wäre ein Fahrradständer direkt beim Hotel sehr wertvoll.
