"Nice lobby and flowers outside. Our room had someone elseโ€™s hair on the toilet lid when we got in and more of a yellow color in the tub. No breakfast included, but there was a pool and hot tub that were together- kids loved that and it was nice for colder weather, but it could use a scrub too. Upon arrival and throughout, there was great customer service and friendly staff, just really could use a good cleaning"
