"無人チェックイン、予約番号、電話番号、名前　の何れかで行う必要があり、今回、何とか名前で入れました(他は何故か引っかからず)。入れなければトラブル対応の電話番号が表示されていたので電話をかけるらしい。フロントのスパイダーマンが良い雰囲気を出しています。早めに入れれば、夜食のサービスがあるらしい。カレーが美味しかった。部屋に入ると和室で、フロントの雰囲気とのギャップに驚き（笑）布団にシーツが無かったので、持参(車中泊)していたものを使用しました。必要無いような布団カバーだったのだろうか？朝までランドリールームが使用でき、長旅の過程だったので助かりました。"

Super easy access to transport (both to Hiroshima and to Miyajima island) given the hotel is 5-7 min walk from the station and 10 min walk from the ferry terminal. Great service from the friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were both included with the stay and were of exceptional quality (dinner was fusion kaiseki). Hotel facilities were outstanding - thermal bath on the rooftop deck was very enjoyable."

"The property is very nice, clean and modern. The living room is a comfortable place to relax. Please be aware that this is a 3 bedroom property and the other rooms will be occupied by other guests. The kitchen, living room, toilets, and bathroom are all shared with the other guests. The house is lovely but has very thin walls and doors and you can hear all the other guests, even when they are trying to be very quiet. If the other guests leave early in the morning you will very likely be woken up. It is a nice place to stay but please consider this when booking. "
