"Se explotó la llave de la bañera y se inundó el piso de agua tuve que limpiar el agua casi todo un día porque mantenimiento no llegaba. Los guardias de seguridad no podían hacer nada y la persona encargada del edificio nunca apareció lo cual gasté un día de mis vacaciones. "We have visited multiple times. Not all rooms of the same classification are created equal. Most of the restaurants are overpriced for the food quality. Staff is very helpful. Nice to have a clean room daily. The wait times for the ferry to the island are a bit long on some days. We waiting 90 minutes to board on one occasion. A reasonable breakfast, lunch, and nice dinner will run you $150+ per person. When we arrived, valet parking was full. We had to self park and move to valet parking a couple days. Our bioluminescence bay tour was cancelled 6 hours before departure. It’s a beautiful property, but you overpay for everything. 8/10 is a fair assessment."

"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. My room had a balcony with an amazing beach view, which made the experience even more relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the scenery. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Puerto Rico. Highly recommendation"

"Here now and this is Beautiful place, Mountain View on one side and Oceanview on the other, I chose Mountain View and do not regret it, all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful, the beach is private, six restaurants to choose from however I will warn you that the restaurants are VERY expensive. The one that’s “most” affordable was Seabreeze and 5 o’clock. We still spent and average of about $85 for one child and two adult adults per meal, when we ate here. Definitely head down and out the resort to Rico Pan authentic Puerto Rican food extremely affordable! Uber to take you out is less than $4 I would definitely come back for sure! We spent eight days and seven months here so far"

"My only negative was the buffet breakfast. Two mornings we came down and had to wait 10-20 for a table even though many were open. (And we had this included with our rate). They just didn’t have someone to clean them. Not ideal when you have a trip planned and need to be done and leave the hotel soon."
