The breakfast was one of the best in our entire Europe trip. Especially a lady staff with a very beautiful smile, greeted us with a genuine, warm smile and a cheerful "Good morning!" that instantly brightened our day. Her energy was infectious, and she created such a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the breakfast area. "

Major glimmers of 19th century charm away from the bustle of Lucerne, yet very close via the funicular (or mini tram), which is charming and free for guests. A great place for gentle hikes and walking in the woods. Lucern has a clear culture of kindness. Be sure to fit in with the flow and be a gracious traveler!"
