"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

"Enjoyed our stay! Lovely Property, really enjoyed the balcony and location. Everything was nearby. Only Feedback was that the listing stated “upper floors accessible by stairs only,” when it’s really ALL floors, not just the uppers. The reception alone is 2.5 floors up. We were fine with it, but my husband found a guest struggling with her luggage and she slipped down the stairs. Just something to be mindful of!"

The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room.
