"The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel has a very nice dining area for guests to use. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available. When the room is cleaned, staff provide bottled water and a small snack, which is a nice touch. We were not disturbed by traffic.sound in the room, which is a huge plus. "Perfect location! Close to nice Tainan nice restaurants . Convenient to get everything. Suitable for kids and family. Food is very delicious and impressive! However, too many guests use just 2 elevators going from parking lot to rooms. It was a shame that guests spent so much time waiting for elevator."
