Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.

Room and amenities new and sensible. Love the architecture of the hotel. Service is good. Understandably the F&B offerings are under-appreciated at such a location in view of the many available options in close proximity. Great hotel location too, with public transport available very close by

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

Hotel is located very close to LRT Masjid Jamek Interchange Station and have proper pedestrian pavement to hotel, very convenient. Hotel is surrounded with many Indian restaurants. There are also major fast food chain around the LRT Station. It is also walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown. Check-in was quick and Internet is fast and stable. Elevator stops at every floor including the roof terrace. Room has free toiletries, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, in-room laptop...

Had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Proximity to RapidKL public transport is a major plus point. My experience with hotel staff throughout my stay was just right, leaving me to do my own things without intrusion and not been excessively attentive. Continental Breakfast wise, variety is excellent and taste great, kapitan cafe environment was pretty clean and quiet too - only minor point was some of the tables had ants on it during one of the mornings. The location is good, good showers, friendly staff, the capsule is clean and cool. I had a pleasant stay at here :)

Excellent location to explore Chinatown and 2 train stops to the heart of a Bukit Bintang. The room is cozy and clean. Highly recommend.

3 rooms with 3 bathrooms, excellent security coverage and close proximity to food and shopping malls

Room, sheets, bathroom are clean. Air-con is good (air-con remote stuck at 16deg) Plenty of food nearby, esp if you like briani and indian roti . 24 hr convenience store, Mac, KFC are all practically next door.

Good location is so crucial when you really travel there. Apart from strategic location, it is cozy, romantic and convenient. Much better than a budget hotel.
