Hotel Casa Victoria was a beautiful Hotel. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The breakfast was delicious and tasty. The staff were very professional, friendly, polite and very helpful. Hotel staff: Javiar, Kelly, Miller, Steven and the nightshift crew were all terrific and awesome The breakfast crew and cleaning crew were also terrific. Thank You Hotel Casa Victoria…

Great stay!
I really enjoyed this hotel and the quality of of service was overall good! The window view was awesome and the prices in the minibar was excellent! The hotel is close To the Santa Fe Mall and many attractions in the El Poblado area. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Safe area in Poblado. One block away from Mall Ventura. Beautiful view of Alejandria from room and restaurant. Safe area. Room is clean. receptionists and cleaning ladies are all great!

Amazing hotel, good location. Close to the downtown area, but far enough away to be very quiet. It is now my preferred place to stay when in Medellin.

Good hotel only two years old. The main restaurant was being upgraded so not in service however the one for breakfast was. My room did not have a view but many have. The water pressure for hot water in the shower was low. Other than that went well

Terrific staff! Room had a beautiful view of city. Highly recommend the food nearby at restaurant called PeruWok as well. Overall a great stay and would definitely return.

Was great but couple issues.
A great hotel clean and wonderful staff, couple of the issues were 1- the rooms are not at all soundproof can hear everything in the halls and I was on the same floor as the gym so, could also hear anything going on in the gym. 2- wifi was very weak to no wifi at all. It’s to bad as the place could be a great hotel

Comfortable bed, super polite staff.
I have to say, the bed was SUPER comfortable and it was one of the best nights of sleep I'd had in a while! Super friendly and polite service. Not a single complaint. Great value IMO.

My stay in Medellin is as always, very nice. I normally stay at another hotel and had to reserve this hotel last minute. It’s average, it wasn’t bad but not spectacular, a little small and suitable for a short visit

No pool or sauna or steam room. Both restaurants were closed. Lots of construction just outside the front door that has been continuous for 3 years( not hotels fault). And the hallways are way to loud. People in heels walking by echos & woke me up several times.

My Medellin Favorite!
As a frequent visitor to Medellin, I am a regular guest at Hotel Casa Victoria. Always clean and very helpful staff. Located in the center of Poblado it is minutes from everywhere I go. Good value for the money too.

It's off the main strip of poblado which makes it a lot quieter and relaxing however you can walk to poblado in like 15-20 minutes.

Good afforadable hotel
The room had a great view and was clean. Staff spoke limited English but were very friendly. Breakfast was simple with fruits, cereal, coffee etc. The hotel location was 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants/bars but it's easy to catch a taxi.
