What really makes this hotel stand out is its amazing staff. Everyone we met was genuinely warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent service and positive attitude made our stay especially enjoyable.
The hotel restaurant is another strong point. The food is very good, the menu has plenty of choice, and the prices are very reasonable, offering great value.
The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the noise. Since all of the rooms face the street, noise can be a real issue. The sound insulation is unfortunately quite poor, and it often feels like the traffic and conversations are happening right outside your bed. If the hotel could improve the soundproofing, it would make a huge difference.
Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff, good restaurant, and overall value."
