Awshaf I believe his name was (Apologies if spelt wrong) Amazing service, super friendly and extremely professional. A best in class example of what hotels service should be. I will be staying there again as a result."

"Hotel Indigo has extremely friendly staff (professional and welcoming). Central location, very close to Bourke street. Silent, no street noise at all or even sounds from other guests. Also, impressively thick curtains. After a late arrival, I slept well after sunrise! Comfy bed. The reception is surprisingly on the second floor. Multiple speedy elevators made access very easy.
