"Clean room very noisy from little Collins st breakfast was very poor the food was cold bread was stale the standard has slipped badly when you charge big money for a breakfast you expect the food to be edible the food is not"

"Location was good. Very convenient to walk to Victoria market within 10 mins. Supermarkets and decent food chains were also nearby. However, checking in was bad as my flight arrived in the late evening after the regular office hours. I was left outside with my luggage in the rain even though there were staff at the reception who saw me waving outside the password-guarded glass doors. I was only let in by a guest who was also staying at the hotel."
