Had a great stay at this hotel all the staff were extremely friendly! It was a great location, the pool and spa were very nice and we loved the free water stations everywhere. We would definately stay here again when we visit Melbourne next!

It was a nice stay, quick check in, easy check out, good facilities in stay, responsive staff to request for assistance getting more pillows, and having an item printed. We had a lovely overnight stay for Christmas and boxing day. Dinner at windows restaurant after pre dinner drinks at the bar. Woke to take a beautiful walk around albert park lake which is just acroos the road. Tasty breakfast with all you need then worked itnoff in the well equipped gym before checking out.
