The location of this hotel is essential whilst visiting this city. The staff went above and beyond what was expected of them. Whereas there may well be hotels with large lobby's, onsite restaurants or bar's this one knew what mattered when it came to customer service. I will definitely stay there again when i return to Australia

Good little stay.

Excellent location, friendly staff and good value for money. Was kindly upgraded to a room with a kitchenette which was nice. Hotel quite dated, bed was quite lumpy but overall good value for the cost in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Clean and safe vibe. Would stay again.
