"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

- if you are going to spend money on a nice dinner try the half board⊠the 2 restaurants onsite were amazing and the Breakfast Buffet was hardy and plentiful
- Stored my luggage for free for 11 days and had it in my room when I returned
- Coffee machine in the lobby 24/7⊠lattes, hot choc and more
- even an umbrella on the rainy afternoon

"Great spot for exploring the area and well placed for shops and food in the centre of Chamonix. We booked a room with a mountain view and were lucky enough to be on the Mont Blanc side of the hotel. Worth checking when you book/before you check in. The room itself was all great. No air conditioning, but we didn't need it as it's cooler in the mountains than elsewhere in July. The only thing missing from the room were tea and coffee making facilities."

"We had a fantastic stay and truly felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The valet parking was seamless, and having our car cleaned was such a thoughtful touch â it really made us feel special.
The evening meal was exceptional â great quality and beautifully presented. While we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, it didnât take away from the overall experience. The service, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the stay were definitely 5-star. Would happily return!"

"This is a great hotel. Very nice and clean with many amenities. They stored our luggage during our 8 day trek around My Blanc. When we came back from hike our room was ready and this hotel was prefix to recharge our bodies after a gruelling 8 day hike. Would love to come back."

"RockyPop Hotel in Chamonix is a fantastic choice for families. The hotel is spotless, with a friendly atmosphere and an amazing team â always smiling, helpful, and very attentive to food allergies, which made our daughter extremely happy to enjoy the buffet safely. The restaurant serves outstanding meals, with something delicious for everyone. The location is perfect â a bus stop right next to the hotel (10 minutes to Chamonix center) and the Multipass makes all cable cars and trains free and unlimited. There are plenty of attractions â a childrenâs corner, games, billiards, table football, ping-pong, and a playground with breathtaking mountain views.
