"We will never stay here again! Unfortunately. The hotel was fine, comfortable bed and clean, shower food and. there is a shuttle to the Hard Rock across the road - although it’s a short walk too. But, the disgusting and terrible treatment at the hands of the rooftop bar and restaurant is not something I will ever accept when paying for any service. A quick look online will tell you all you need to know about the bar and restaurant and I wish we had looked beforehand. After arriving and being ignored by the at the desk as the receptionist chewed gum and pretended to work, they spoke to us like we were interrupting their night. We were told there was no space in the bar to have a drink, and were denied entry (despite knowing there was in fact space) meanwhile other people were just walking in. The staff on the reception were rude and only wanted to let people they knew into the bar , when we challenged them we were told the bar was full but were not offered a wait time, options etc. we guess we did not meet the demographic they were appealing to. I’ve never felt so demeaned and spoken down to in such a way before. It was truly an awful experience. "

"The rooms were clean. Fast food restaurants are close by as well. Only inconvenience was the fact that Apple Pay can’t be used for payment. "

"The pool was very dirty & unusable. The first room had rusted faucet, plugged bath tub, dirty floors. The kid area in the lobby hasn’t been cleaned at all. Very rundown. The front desk was not very pleasant, the manager was rude & unaccommodating. The breakfast had very limited options. Overall not a hotel that should be advertised on Expedia. Does not meet hygiene standards."

"It’s smelled like moisture in the room. All the baseboards and walls were dirty and there were roach eggs on the stove and in the sink. We had to keep everything in our car afraid to get roaches in our bags. No remote control for the tv. The staff was barely at the front desk. I waited a while as did other guest that came in behind me. Check out is displayed 11am. At 9:50am the house keeper was banging on the door telling us we needed to leave. She tried opening the door and we were half dressed. We were out by 10:05 and no one at the front desk for check out. Everything is outdated. The microwave was gross. We stayed in room 128 first floor. The reviews of this place are completely fabricated or people have very low standards. When a room like this cost $200 a night it’s a total rip off. People were hanging out outside telling us and others that they have drugs to sell if we wanted. NEVER AGAIN!!!! "
