"Older hotel that needs updated, however it was clean. Definitely needs fresh paint on the outside and better care of the landscaping. There were weeds growing in most flower beds. The carpet and shower were very old. Someone had a cat on a leash in the lobby climbing on furniture. They had the breakfast readily available, but the layout and seating were not convenient."

"We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfy. The kids loved the pool. Will definitely stay there again. We were there for my sons baseball tournament and on the 2nd day we had a rain delay and I called and ask to change my check out time for 2 hours later, there was no extra charge and they were happy to do so."

"We were in town for nephews graduation. Hotel let our daughter's family stay across the hall from us even though we booked our rooms on different days. Our granddaughter swam in pool even though if was 60° outside (they are crazy). They loved it. This is the hotel we stay at in Nappanee. Very friendly"
