The treatment of the staff is exceptional .You are always greeted by everyone.Continuous inquiring if you need anything to improve your visit etc.Safety is a big ticket item in my book when you are outside the country. The top security throughout .The outside in the parking lot is exceptional .The breakfast buffet is so abundant fresh and delicious .What a way to start your adventure .

Pool table and foosball both were broken. Plus you had to supply a 60$ deposits in order to use tables to play. Pool always had bees abs flies on the surface witch I ocasually cleaned and stayed cleaning. The cleaning people for the room were great, everyone els took along time to get things done. Over all my experience was okay. I enjoy compared to the many other hotels

It felt safe and the workers like the bell boy and parking lot booth guys were very friendly and wanted to go the extra mile but the management are total control freaks who never attempted to help. For example when we wanted to use the ping pong table they guy told me they had already lent out paddles and a ball to someone else but those people were in the pool and those items were partially under their towels on a table. When I mentioned this to the hotel guy he made some phone calls to the management who didn’t want to lend out additional paddles or ball to us. Also when we wanted to purchase the buffet breakfast the morning of the breakfast they wouldn’t let us because we hadn’t purchased it at the time of check in. The hotel placed us on the last floor 6th floor and we had to bring all our luggage (3 suitcases) plus additional luggage all the way down those 6 floors. We wanted to get our two complementary drinks at the time of check out but because we didn’t have the paper vouchers in hand they wouldn’t grant us those drinks. They never attempted to make sure we were happy. Their hotel policies to them are more important than having common sense and making their paying customers happy. We will not come back to this hotel the next time.

Definitely not a quiet hotel it’s a beautiful place to stay with your family if you don’t mind an others having fun late night but definitely family orientated & safe place to stay on vacation

The room AC was terrible, when the auto was ON the air was almost hot, and when the AC was On was super cold, nothing in between, thats why we decided to checkout, I wasn't in the mood to wait for maintenance

I stayed for 9 days. The staff were wonderful. I loved that the parking area was safe and had a guard. The pool and game area were also very nice. I would certainly stay here again when I return to Mexicali.

Staff is friendly. Food was great - breakfast buffet has lots of options and great for the price (natural, fresh juices and the quesadilla de chicharrón were my favorite). 2 spacious pool areas.

The up keep of the room was horrible the carpets were stained along with the hallways carpets. Also when i arrived the room across the way had old room service food on the floor and it sat there my whole stay and even when i left same food was still sitting there

We reserved a room with double beds and were given a King bed room. When we told the concierge we were given the wrong room and showed her the reservation information she said we made a mistake in the reservation and were charged extra for the room change. She didn’t apologize or admit her mistake. Not professional at all.

Great hotel. Pillows were overstuffed and too hard but besides that it's a very nice hotel.

Everything was perfect like always. This is my go to place, this time the toilet didn’t work. No one ever came by to fix it after we brought the issue up.

The hotel staff were professional and friendly , the hotel was clean . What was a big problem was the noise . There was a wedding taking place in the outdoor garden area but the music was so loud that it sounded like our sliding door was open when it wasn’t . We couldn’t sleep till the wedding was over. It was horrible !
