"It exceeded our expectations. I had a little trepidation due to reviews about service levels but I have to say we did not experience anything negative just the opposite. Staff were attentive, pleasant and prompt. The property and room was gorgeous. Restaurants were amazing and service by the pool was great. On arrival we had a wonderful surprise waiting for us in the room from the hotel of champagne and Balloons for my husbands milestone birthday. The location is great and just a short walk to the bars and restaurants in Burleigh."

"I feel we should get a credit for something? We’re 70 years old ,2 TV sets both didn’t work,got 1 channel all week. That was really disappointing there ,management useless with this from day 1. Place was other wise 5star for price. Cleaners need a kick in the bum !"

"Great location, grocery stores and restaurants very handy great public transport, beach very close and local surf club and cafes. we have stayed here before and find the location great! not quite a busy as main or Broadbeach but also walkable down to Burleigh."
