For the price you pay, you get NO continental breakfast. Rude front desk. And if you stay One night, they put you in a room where water bottles are 2 dollars each . I stayed again for couple days and suddenly water is free. But they do not reset the waters. Two measly .15 cent water bottles are given. Other hotels give you fresh waters. And worst of all is they remove the complimentary water from Lobby at night. Like why??? So cheap. Thanks but no thanks. Rather go where at least I can get a boiled egg for breakfast for that kinda money

We had a huge issue traveling back home. They got us a room with early check in so we could some sleep after 36 hours of being awake. The facility was very clean. The staff are very friendly. The beds are very comfortable.

Friendly and very attentive staff, which really made my stay extremely enjoyable. The hotel is centrally located in the Doral area, well maintained, but is nothing special. Despite that, they do an excellent job of making it feel better than it is. Highly recommended for busjness travel.

While not much in the immediate (walkable) vicinity, the hotel is centrally located. Very near the International mall and a 5 min ride from the Dolphin mall. It has everything I need for a hotel. Large well equipped rooms, friendly staff and centrally located. Yes, I would happily stay here again.

The bathroom extractor was rattling and extra noisy. More water in room would be nice. Cobwebs by the draw handle in the washroom. I was happy to benefit from using the hotel shuttle.

My wife left her shoes and coat behind we left and realized 5 days later and when we called they had them in lost and found we were home already back to michigan and they offered to ship them back to us, that is unbelievable service and we will definately be back when we visit miami.

Went on a couples trip. It was that time of the month for my gf and there was a little mess on the sheets. Upon asking for new ones, I was told I’ll be charged an extra $200 for something we couldn’t control. Customer service was rude all because I’m trying my best to resolve the issue. Spoke to 4 different ppl and seems like they don’t want to resolve the problem. This isn’t right and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They’re just taking advantage because they know they can having your card on file.
