Had a great time staying at icon tower 3, the room was clean & had ok upgrades. The hotel was very walkable & I loved that we were right on the water. The gym & spa were an amazing perk that I didn’t know was included but used and enjoyed daily. Will definitely be going back again soon!!

The place was exactly as described, the shower curtain rod fell on the floor my last day there when I wasn’t inside the apartment, and I had to shower without one. The communication wasn’t the best, other than that I enjoyed the stay. Bed was comfy.

Pool was out of order Monday to Friday even although it was advertised with pool use 7days a week. Had to travel to use a pool and loungers at another hotel and after complaining they wouldn’t help in any way at all. Be aware as the works are to continue for a year!

Hay que tener cuidado con el valet cuando llegas porque apenas te dan tiempo para hacer el checking. El edificio horroroso, con un mantenimiento nefasto donde los ascensores apenas funcionan.

Todo hermoso. Lo que no me gustó fue que no me dieron el seguimiento que estoy acostumbrada en los airbnb, si necesito toallas o papel (los papeles se veían usados estaban decorados pero pequeños)… Tampoco incluye parking y los parking en Brickell son carísimos. Le envié un mensaje para ver si podía haber una manera y nunca más me contestaron después de el 2do día.
