"I have family in Anchorage and stay frequently at this hotel. Enjoy the pool, fitness, breakfast and drinks. However housekeeping never came to the room and I stayed 5 nights. Covid was over years ago - stop using it as an excuse. Housekeeping should come daily for the price of this hotel."

"The walls must be thin or the people on our floor were noisy. It was hard to keep out child sleep due to people laughing and talking until almost midnight. Additionally, the lack of door to the bathroom/shower made it a challenge to put and keep our son asleep.
