"Lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff. The room was large with lovely bathroom and was very clean. We ate two nights in the HarBar and enjoyed both meals. Staff in the restaurant were very helpful making sure our allergies were attended to. Several staff asked us if we needed help with anything. Great hotel and staff."

"Lovely solo stay! I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception who very helpful and polite when checking me in! I paid £15 for the weekend to use the spa facilities (which i was made aware of at when booking) it was 100% worth the extra money! The spa was lovely and it was very clean! The jacuzzi was actually lovely and hot! The room was lovely and clean, the fresh milk and water was an nice added extra! The bathroom was a little dated but nothing wrong with it. I had a lovely meal in the grill restaurant on the first night, again the waitress service me was very polite. "
