Alles in allem ein tolle Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub. Das Apartment ist mehr als Großzügig und die Ausstattung zweckmässig, das Badezimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das Hotel besticht durch ein modernes und gepflegtes Ambiente mit vielen Freizeitaktivitäten für Familien mit Kindern. Die Rezeption wirkte unterbesetzt für einen Freitag als Anreisetag, hier mussten wir ca 30 Minuten für das Einchecken warten. Das Frühstück ist zwar reichhaltig, jedoch sehr Fleisch und Fischlastig. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Kalt- und Warmgetränken. Teilweise wirkten die Speißen ungesalzen. Wir haben einmalig das Abendbuffet gebucht, dies ließ mehr als zu Wünschen zu übrig. Keine gute Auswahl, Speisen nicht gesalzen. Davon würden wir wohl zukünftig die Finger lassen und lieber das Restaurant „Taverna“ nutzen. (Super Pizza mit Roomservice). Das Servicepersonal ist nett, aufmerksam und äußerst zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Alles in allem für uns ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende, und wenn wir mal wieder raus aus dem Alltag müssen würden wir wieder in das Aqua Resort Bel Mare, da hier ein gutes Preis-Leistubgsverhältnis vorherrscht.

Check In und Check Out sehr lange Wartezeiten da zuviele Gäste gewartet hatten. Parkplatz für check in check out nur 3 kostenlose Plätze das ist für so ein riesenhotel einfach zu wenig!

Sehr Kinder- und familienfreundliches Hotel mit einer großer Auswahl an Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Angebot bereits für Kleinkinder. Die Familiensuite ist mit ca. 42 qm sehr geräumig und für eine Familie mit 2 Kinder mehr als ausreichend. Manko hingegen war der Zimmerservice. Es erfolgte lediglich eine Reinigung innerhalb einer Aufenthaltsdauer von sechs Tagen. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Das Belmare Resort ist absolut empfehlenswert. Reisezeit war im Oktober.

Die Zimmer sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Check in gestaltet sich schwierig, wenn man kein polnisch spricht. Zu dem Frühstück herrscht das absolute Chaos. Es ist zwar eine sehr große Auswahl und es wird auch immer wieder aufgefüllt, aber die Warteschlange an den Getränke- und Kaffeeautomaten sind sehr lang. Zum Teil muss man auch auf einen Tisch warten. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal hin fahren.

Von Außen präsentiert sich die Anlage hervorragend und ordentlich. Allerdings fing das Drama bereits beim Einchecken an. Kennt man sich nicht aus oder ist das erste Mal dort, sucht man auf dem Gelände zunächst die Rezeption. Es handelt sich um einen riesigen Komplex mit 2 Hotelanlagen: dem Bel Mare Resort und dem Aqua Resort, durchzogen mit Straßen, welche, wie wir später herausgefunden haben, NICHT zum Hotel gehören, sondern öffentliches Straßenland sind und konsequent kontrolliert werden. Wir haben für das "Bel Mare Resort" gebucht. Dort gibt es eine kleine Rezeption, welche nur geöffnet ist, wenn die große Rezeption des "Aqua Resorts" übermäßig ausgelastet ist. Da wir nicht wussten, dass wir die Rezeption des Aqua Resorts auch hätten nutzen können, hatten wir Glück, dass diese kleine Rezeption geöffnet hatte. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht von der schnellstens Sorte und somit hat es eine 3/4 Stunde gedauert überhaupt erstmal einzuchecken. Als wir zum Auto zurückgekommen sind, hatten wir einen Strafzettel dran, weil wir kein Parkticket gelöst hatten. Einen Strafzettel i.H.v. 40€ zu erhalten, nur weil man eincheckt, haben wir bei noch keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Es gab nicht einmal eine Info des Hotels vorab, dass das Gelände dort nicht zum Hotel gehört. Und wer kein polnisch kann, der versteht die Schilder dort auch nicht, da es nicht eine Info auf Englisch oder Deutsch gibt. Das Zimmer war groß, aber das Badlicht defekt und die Türklinken hatte teilweise in der Hand.

Wir waren 3 Nächte da & es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für Kinder Perfekt. Es war alles sehr gut zu erreichen ( Promenade , Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.. ) Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, Abendessen waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Automaten fürs Parken. Ändern ändern könnte man Die Check In Zeiten evtl. Mehr verteilen damit es nicht zu Staus an der Rezeption kommt.
