"Lovely getaway for an authentic Japanese Onsen bathing experience. The suite room was gorgeous and came with a private bath which was very worth it for me ! Many delicious local restaurant options nearby too. Staff knew enough English to get us settled. Highly recommend for 1-2 nights as part of your trip. "

"チェックイン時のフロントスタッフの対応は改善要。その時の印象がかなり悪く、ホテルの古びた外観も良くなかったので、この宿を選んで失敗したと思いましたが、夕食・朝食とも北陸の食材・料理が並んでいて味も良く最初の印象の⭐️が⭐️⭐️⭐️に変わりました。温泉はわたしには及第点でしたが、もう一度行きたいと思わせるものではなかったです。"

"This ryokan is very dated and in dire need of a refresh. The facilities are not what you would expect from a top end facility in a spa town. The public bath (men’s) felt decades old with soap/salt staining and old fittings. The private baths were a good facility/idea. Most corridors apart from the main lobby area had an unpleasant smell (musty, mouldy). Our room also faintly had this whiff. The staff are great - polite and efficient. Breakfast was good. The free snacks, sale, ice cream...
