The apartment was great, equipped with all the amenities.. unfortunately, the staff informed us that the elevator was not working on the day we arrived so we had to carry luggages till third floor.. but overall it’s a good experience, connected neighbourhood, very clean and tidy apartment

It was a clean and simple apartment. The only two things are: the washing machine didn’t work and there was a strange smell each time I flushed the toilet. The Italianway team immediately send someone over with a room neutralizer spray. ( Apparently the pipes were old and needed to get checked out after my stay).

Took a while to get in but apartment was good. Great area for restaurants, bars and bakery. 30 min walk to the Duomo. 1 hour walk to leonardo museum. Metro easy to use. Didnt use the trams

The check in experience was bad, no one is on site to ask about anything. They don’t work weekends, and check in is complicated. The room was dusty and floors where dirty. Washing machine doesn’t work well, no one will clean your room during your stay, no signs as tho where you have to go for your room.

This felt the most “Italian” of many places I stayed during my recent trip; ideal for two to three people; street-life/food exceptional; visit the kind elder gentleman across the way for Caffe in the a.m…. Apartment furnished. Bravo!

Great apartment, - perfect location
The apartment was perfect and in a fantastic location - the checking in was a little frustrating as I had not realised the process was that we would need entry codes - but it did all get sorted very quickly. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment just make sure you check in online early so you have all the details you need!

The blanket had blood stains on it along with other stains. There was a dirty cup sitting on the bathroom sink when we arrived. The apartment was extremely hot even with the air conditioner running. Super uncomfortable bed. Wifi very spotty. Shower head is calcified so half of the head does not spray water. My wife and I both left the room with bug bites around our ankles. Absolutely would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Overall, the place was alright: clean, decently equipped and in a great location. I also liked the fact that the access to both the building and the unit was through a code, so no need to keep track of keys. My main complaint is the bed though: rather than a proper double bed, the room had 2 single beds that had been pushed together, and the 2 mattresses kept separating and leaving a gap in between which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Also, the aircon unit was very noisy (even with the night option enabled) so it was not possible to keep it running during the night.

Check in was so easy and the italianway rep was very nice and efficient. The area around the apartment has lots of places to eat and is located close to sights and transport options. The flat was only marginally comfortable, and looks better in the photos. It lacked some basic supplies, like tea towels, and whilst there was a small bottle of Prosecco left, no tea or coffee making supplies were available. For me, the two main negatives were the cockroaches in the bathroom, and the uncomfortable mattress in the loft. It was ok for a night or two, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Hmm not sure about this one.
The lady at check in was angry when we at 9:50pm - 10 mins before checkin. She probably wanted to go home early but we had a delayed flight and a long train journey so I didn't appreciate the negative welcome. The area was nice but there were a few issues with the room: - there was no bed. Just a mattress on the mezzanine floor. -there was nothing to stop be from rolling off the mattress and falling on the floor; there was no grid put up. -the stairs also not encased and had no handle bar; genuinely would not recommend for those with young kids or elderly - found cockroaches in the apartment - there was a leak from the ceiling. When i rang the helpline no one answered. Said it would put me through to their voicemail but the line cuts off - you can hear many noises, people walking on the above floor and the main door closing On a plus, it had everything i need and was big

First of all, the pictures they advertised WAS NOT what i got. I checked in at 3pm, was very tired and when I entered the apartment, they did not clean ANYTHING even found a condom it was disgusting... then when I called the guy in charged of course apologized but he already knew what I was calling for even before I said what I needed to say. To make it clear, he didn't even call me first to notify me. Had to leave the apartment for an hour

The property was fine, close to stations and city centre. We were displeased at the fact that they charged 35€ without notice, and they just took the money from the account we provided and that was to get the apparent clean and ready for us. During our stay there from the 24 until the 28, the apartment was not cleaned, and we did not recieved any fresh towels. They left toiletries for only one person even tho there were 2 of us.

Great location
On the ground floor but seemingly safe(had no issues). Can hear walking (stomping) in the apartment just above, especially from the mezzanine. Fortunately did not last long, and no other noise that was particularly offensive. Wifi did not work well at first but needed just a new recharger cord

Great location near Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires. Very responsive staff. The weather unexpectadly turned cold and they quickly delivered blankets. Large space, beautiful balcony overlooking interior courtyard so not too noisy.

Milan apartment
Tastefully decorated apartment with all the appliances that I required. Situated in the north west of Milan close to the science park. My first stay in Italy gave me a taste for what residence in this country would be like. The entrance was a courtyard with small trees covering the waste disposal area and bike storage. A great community feel, the odd bonjourno when you arrive home from a day exploring the city is something that I don't think a hotel could offer. The well equipped kitchen allowed me to purchase ingredients from a nearby supermarket and try my hand at a simple tomatoe based italian pasta. Air-conditioning was provided but really won't be needed with good management of the windows and shutters giving the movement of the sun through the courtyard consideration. The bathroom was modern and contained a large shower with excellent pressure. The provision of a mobile Wifi system was very useful and will certainly save you a pretty penny in foriegn roaming charges. Cleanliness was imprecable and a few sprigs of lavender in the draws gave a apartment a welcoming scent when I first arrived. A very minor note, its worth trying it avoid leaving the very small bathroom window open as the courtyard at the back isn't so well maintained. The service I received from expedia was fantastic and I really couldn't be more grateful for the 3 days I spent in the apartment. Many thanks!

Great apartment. Everything you need. Great space for an 'economy' flat. Good location. Less than 10 mins from central station by tram. Walk 20mns or 10 on metro to Duomo.

Internet did no work the night we arrived and called the help line the next morning. All it needed was to remove the battery and reinsert it. A simple sign on the wall close to internet box would save hassle and frustraion. The 10:00 cut off on a Friday evening to get the key and the need to pay extra is not very client friendly.

El apartamento estaba descuidado. Sucio, mobiliario roto, faltaban cosas básicas tales como los productos para el lavavajillas, la lavadora, las toallas contadas... Contacté con ellos el mismo día del check-in y respondieron genial en cuanto a la limpieza, mandando a un equipo al día siguiente a limpiar. Y nos sustituyeron las sillas rotas y nos dieron una más (éramos 4 y solo teníamos 3 sillas). La ducha no se podía fijar, el frigorífico congelaba los productos y el microondas necesitaría un manual de instrucciones. Para entrar al apartamento necesitas un código QR que nos dio problemas durante toda la estancia, era incapaz de leerlo de ninguna forma.
