Unfortunately, I realized that I may have accidentally left my wedding ring on the left bedside table, in front of the clock, in the room. I called the hotel on Monday to report the situation and to check if the housekeeping team might have found it. However, I have not yet received any response, so I am writing to kindly follow up. I understand that it is my responsibility to take care of my personal belongings, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. The ring has great sentimental value to me, so I would be very grateful if you could kindly check with the housekeeping team and let me know if it has been found. "staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. "
