"We stayed one night. The room is comfortable and big, and the Onsen is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from ( mostly Japanese breakfast style)"

"Decent rooms/bathrooms with okay soundproofing. Not much around the immediate area, but the hotel offers very nice breakfast buffets and the staff are excellent. Designated parking which you can freely use for the whole day for only 1000 yen is a major plus!"

"禁煙室のはずなのに強烈なタバコ臭さ、消臭スプレーも無意味でした。また、夜中中隣人のシャワーの音でも無いトイレの音でも無い、ポコポコ、グリュグリュとか奇妙な音が、かなりの音量で浴室とベッドの間から聞こえて来て一睡も出来ず。 ただ、スタッフの方、お掃除の方、食事の担当の方の 対応が良かったので苦情も言わずにチックアウトしました。 "

"自転車で大阪から東京までの行く道で泊まらせてもらいました。 現地払いで予約していたのですが時間に間に合いそうになく先払いに変更していただきました。 対応が早くて良かったです。 20時頃には宿の人はいなかったのですが、メールでチェックインの手順が送られて来てました。 お風呂はわからないですが、お手洗いは綺麗でした。 部屋やお手洗いにある水道の使い方は分からなかったですが、廊下にある水道も綺麗でした。 泊まった部屋には小さい虫がいました。自分は問題ないのですが、苦手な人は気になりそう。 厚めの布団が置いてあり、寝心地良かったです。 エアコンが入る前から付いていて快適でした。 宿のすぐ横に鰻のお店があったのですが、19時に閉まるらしく行けなかったです。 今後また浜名湖に行くことがあればまた泊まらせてもらいたいです。"

"今回母の還暦祝いでお邪魔しました。 近くにはラグナシアプールがあるのでその後ホテルに到着でした。 コインランドリーがあるのはありがたかったですが、ホテル外で洗濯機二つ、乾燥機でした。 結構夜になると暗いので怖かったです。 鍵の不具合で三部屋予約しましたが急遽部屋の変更となったのが残念でした。 荷物を広げて夕食後だったので疲労もあり移動が大変でした。 "

"Despite being a foreigner in a commonly Japanese space, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Being able to sample multiple variations of green tea (leaps and bounds more complex than any I had tasted back home) while looking out across the lake was an unforgettable experience. I wish I had stayed an extra night so I could experience a few more of the available services, but I did manage to purchase some tea leaves and orange juice for the journey. A top nitch experience all around."
