Business Trip

It was a great stay! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are larger than any I have ever been to in Japan. Lots of amenities, from personal needs to cleansing products. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Yakota AFB. It is adults only and once you get over the fact that there are no keys to the room, you will love it! You just ask them to open door and the door opens. However if you needed to get out for an Emergency there is a key above your door. I can’t say enough about the service there. Housekeeping is amazing! I will definitely book again if we go back to Yakota AFB.

Never stay at this hotel

Staff would not allow family member to stay or visit. Also no room key was available, had to call front desk to gain access and leave room. Called orbitz since then booked the room, they were was able to get my money back, Very disappointing in Orbitz for suggesting they hotel.
