"We had a great stay in this hotel and are returning clients. The location is peaceful. The facilities of the pool ( indoor and outdoor) are great. When it rained the indoor pool was useful. The air-conditioning is excellent it kept the room comfortable for our whole stay. We loved that there was an old fashioned key to open our room door. Overall it was a good stay."

"We stayed for 2 nights visiting Florence. Lovely hotel, delux king room was very large with beautiful modern ensuite bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities and large wardrobe in separate dressing room. Nice and quiet hotel in quiet area which was restful after busy days sight seeing. Quite a walk to the tram stop 15 mins but there are buses too. One small recommendation would be have soft music on in the breakfast room as it was too quiet to talk in there openly but besides this very minor point loved our stay."
