Worse service ever.
The bed was comfortable. The staff spoke bad English. Did not like inability to access office. We went as a family and could not book as a group. We had no towels in our room and it was hard to access to office to get any. Therefore we went without. Terrible….. Therefore none of the 10 of us will ever rebook.

Very good, but a bit unorganized as they could not find my reservation. It took 3 tries before finding mine. Very nice hosts however and very clean lovely room.

Pluses: Gloria and her husband were very friendly. This Inn was definitely adequate for my 2 night accommodation which was within walking distance of coffee shops and amedaties. I felt secure (needed keys for 3 locked doors). Nice and Quiet Bedroom with a very comfortable bed. (Gloria (Host) agreed to a 1 hour delay check out which was very much appreciated)!! Very clean shared bathroom with non-slip bath mat, shampoo, body wash and towels. Kitchen equipped with dishes, cutlery, fridge, microwave and washer (out of order) and dryer. Minuses: Sketchy Internet....NOT RECOMMENDED for someone who required reliable internet service for business (Gloria tried very hard for a to connect to a WiFi for me, but when I had WiFi, I lost the cable tv)

Pictures on website are deceptive. Owners have no flexibility if plans change so be careful when booking. Room had an odour.

Business is business. It has certain regulations and policies that must be followed. We have no right to be “flexible“ only for you. Integrity is important. This is where we have a good reputation and good business for many years. Thank you for staying 2 nights. We have provided you with the best room（ Deluxe suite ）and you have expressed your comfort and pleasure. But there is not a single good word in your review. Very unethical. Extremely misleading.

It was not too bad at all. We liked the comfortable bed. We were supposed to have a suite but the kitchen was not part of the same room. Disappointed for that. It should be written more clearly. We found dust in many places. Thanks.

We were told we did not pay enough to get breakfast but were allowed coffee. Location was good. Very close to downtown. Had a spot to keep our bicycles. No help with tourism ideas which was fine. Very run down Not what we were expecting but we made the best of it. Had a kitchen but very sparse. Would not recommend it. We were quite disappointed

We are not surprised by your bad reviews, because you are not a person who will be grateful, no matter how new, beautiful rooms, no matter how good the facilities and best service, the lowest price, all can't satisfy your high desire.You didn't order breakfast at all. But we still provide free cafe according to your request. However, unexpectedly, after you finished drinking 2 cups, you brought 2 large thermos bottles to fill up, and you didn’t care about other guests were eating breakfast and were surprised vision.We welcome people who are honest, kind, friendly and of moral character.

What a dump! Super shady from the very beginning… not at all as described. If your into blood stained linens, being told to “shh” as others are sleeping and the sweet aroma of cat piss and stale beer, this place is for you. Needless to say, we walked out immediately.

How dare a dishonest person who refuses to register write such a fabricated disgustingly bad review.On 08-25,2023 at midnight 1:30 AM, patiently wait for our guest. Since it was too late, let him go directly to the bedroom to put down the suitcase first, and then go to the office to register. That's when we saw another young girl coming with a suitcase. The room is big and beautiful, new solid wood floor, new bathroom 2 new big windows, a/c, wifi, new beding set. We asked that such a large room is enough for 3 people, why only 1 person was registered, not 2 people? He lied that he had booked for 2 and he just wanted to sleep right away, so tired. But we insist on checking in first, that's the rule, no matter who they are. I don't know why their expressions changed drastically, which was terrifying. Disappears quickly.Because when the concert was busy, the most important thing was safety. never leave a hidden danger.

The owner is a nice couple who were kind and friendly. I stayed in a nice huge room with a queen size bed (very comfortable) plus a TV and I have a newly renovated bathroom and shower. I was able to cook and prepare my breakfast at the shared kitchen across my room. The supermarket, restaurants and stores are all walking distance 10-15 minutes away. I would love to stay there again and I highly recommend it!

When I came to check-in, there was no one to receive me. I had to wait like 20 mins for the owner to come. When they saw me and my partner, they were asking me to pay more than the actual price I booked for. When I received, they canceled my reservation and told me than they don’t want me to stay here. Never experienced such a horrible service and I would never recommend someone to go there.

If you follow the basic common rules, there will be no problems between us. 1. You came earlier than our check-in time 3:00 PM.2. There are different prices for different numbers of people. You made a reservation for 1 person, and 2 people came, which is not allowed. also not welcome.

The location was very convenient and there was a nice parking lot in the front. The rooms were clean and well supplied. Plenty of space and good value.

I would like to report that our stay at the Glory Inn in Moncton, N.B. was a disaster. This place should not be called Glory Inn because there is absolutely nothing glorious about it. It was filthy, had bugs in the closet with spiders and spider webs. It looked like it hadn't been dusted for months. The only reason we stayed is because we could not find anything close to where we were and it was late. We asked the neighbours what their room was like and it was just as dirty as ours! I have many pictures to show how filthy it was. I would like a refund because it is was completely inacceptable. Furthermore Expedia should not be promoting this property. We did not discuss it with the owners, because I was so upset and angry and I had read a review which said that if you complained you would be kicked out. Thus since it was already paid for, we did not want to be out on the street with nowhere to go as we were visitors and don't know the city. We strongly recommend that travellers stay away from this B & B. Not worth it!

Property used to be a B&B (per existing street signage). converted from an old house that has been separated into multiple guest units. we stayed on the top floor accessed via narrow, dark stairs. beds and bedding were clean, ample towels were avialable and the owners were very kind. the apartment could have used some modernizing - furnishings were all old. walls and floors could use cleaning and refresh.

Mrs Zhang & her husband are extremely solicitous & helpful - a reliable & quiet harbour in downtown Moncton. I’m originally from NB & was posted to China 4 times, this was my second stay (Zhangs are from Qingdao, she taught at UNB before retiring, so very good atmospere). After driving through rain all day from Ottawa, fell asleep immediately after turning on tv - doing this review at midnight. House is excellent, large rooms, well furnished Edwardian style; beds lovely (& firm😁); big kitchen (cleaned out my fridge & brought everything left over😉). Pushing on to sisters in Dartmouth in am, but always a positive experience here; they have always met my every need immediately.

I liked the place being too close to downtown. But the city being small make it everyplace looking like closer to downtown. The communication with the owner, Gloria, was so bad that it created a huge misunderstanding. She called me a liar for the simple fact she could not understand that a Virtual Visa can help to book a room, but still it is not a credit card. Her over misusing of the number caused the Bank to block the card. Same time, I was supposed to pay just when I arrive at the premise. In brief, I left the place after 2 day of feeling like being under police investigation with her intrusive questions and doubts about my partner and I.

Thanks for your feedback! Sorry we did not re-open our breakfast service yet since COVID-19. Now, we start to modify relevant information. And remove "bed and breakfast" from "GloryInn bed and breakfast" soon. safety remains the number one priority at this time. Our advantage is that we can provide eight full kitchens for all guest rooms. We're centrally located with restaurants and shopping nearby. Thanks again!
