"Not quite up to the usual best western standards. Was quite dirty. Room was missing pull out linen and instead of bringing it up to the room they expected me to come down and get it. Towels were not abundant in the room. Shower seemed like the pipes were going to explode."

"My room smelled like weed. Luckily, the room was split next so there was separation for privacy. Unfortunately, the separate room had 0 ventilation and was extremely hot. We ended up checking out early because we were uncomfortable after the first night. The front desk didn't even bother asking why until I made a big deal about it."
