"9/10 The stay was exactly what we expected, for the price of the room and a last-minute reservation. Room was dated, but spacious. Room, fridge, microwave, and sheets were clean. Parking was good, surrounding area felt safe, and room was quiet. We slept well. From the lodge, a short walk to beach, golf course, and lighthouse. Our room had a balcony, from which we could see the ocean. Front desk staff was polite and helpful—appreciated that! "

"Our third visit here. We like the indoor gardens in the halls, the large pool, and super jacuzzi. The hotel was full, but everything was handled well. The continental breakfast is good, heavy on sugar and carbs, but offered hard boiled eggs and yougert."

"I booked this hotel last minute for a short getaway with my child, mainly because it is under the Hilton brand and advertised an indoor pool. Given the peak-season rate, I expected a comfortable and well-maintained stay. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing, or It’s just okay as it is a 3-star hotel. The room smelled unpleasant(even though it was named as PURE room/ equipped with tiny small air purifier), the amenities felt tired, and the indoor pool was especially off-putting—the water appeared poorly maintained and far from clean. The evening happy hour was underwhelming to the point of being almost meaningless, with only minimal snacks such as chips and crackers. Breakfast was no better. The room also had little to no soundproofing, and I could hear cars passing by throughout the night. For the price paid, this hotel did not deliver the standard one would reasonably expect from a Hilton property. "

"The woman who checked us in was SO rude. She needs to be retrained so she knows what hospitality and customer service is. "

"Room 120 was very noisy because it was next to the stairs, also we could hear everything from the room above. The door to the bathroom goes off track when you shut it and it is very hard to open and I was nervous I would get stuck in there. The fireplace hardly had any flames (gas) so not sure if it needs to be fixed or if this as good as it gets, but it was hardly a fire. "
