"First I would like to say the customer service and communication was great at Rancho de Lelo. They did a great job suggesting activities around the area. The breakfast was delicious and property was beautiful. My kids loved spending time with the dogs. The view from the room was beautiful and calming. The negative is there was heavy rainfall while we were visiting and as a result the room felt very wet due to poor window and door insulation and condensation. All our items in the room felt damp....

"We loved our stay at Hotel Poco a Poco! The location is perfect—close to town but still peaceful—and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our room was clean and cozy, and the restaurant served excellent meals. The only downside was that the pool and jacuzzi were under renovation during our visit, but everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommended for a Monteverde stay!"
