"This was a fantastic experience as a first time traveler! All of the staff were extremely helpful!! In particular, Jocelyn helped get us book a taxi at 6h50 in the morning! And they all provided excellent tips for what to do in Monteverde. And the kitchen staff were so kind, and they are great cooks, breakfeast was incredible. The view from our room was one of the best part of our trips! I will definelty be coming back on my future trips to Monteverde."

L'ambiance est plutôt calme et axé sur de belles habitudes de vie saine. Le café/ restaurant adjacent est vraiment délicieux!! Une fois stationné, tout est accessible à pied. Notez que la ville de santa- Elena est en montagne. "

"We loved this hotel. The location was brilliant the pool area was lovely - the online photos don’t do it justice. Breakfast was the best we had in Costa Rica and it was just a really great hotel with such a chilled vibe. It has its own short trail which we saw a decent amount of wildlife on. So many beautiful birds in this area. "

"Stunning views from restaurant and room across as far as lake Arenal. All the food offerings were fantastic from breakfast to evening meals using home grown and home made items. Regular supply of wildlife to keep you entertained. Only slight negative was a reasonably long walk up a steep hill to get to the nearest shops etc but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also be aware there is no A/C in the rooms if you are as lucky as we were with the weather."
