Our hotel is from 2019, the cleaning is done daily. We could not have prevent it in any way.As the hallways are not exposed as much to the sun as the rooms are, it won't as a matter of fact get as hot as the rooms like we told you in our messages.Also, she offered you to put a fan in the room, that you refused which was the only solution that we had at this moment. At no time there has been an agreement for the refund of the room. Our staff doesn't allow it, but due to the conditions we did not charge one of the rooms because we understand the discomfort that it put all of us in.Again, we feel sorry for the situation, everything has been explained to you and we did our best to provide help at that time.
