It was really clean and the room was pretty with new equipments and nice shower area. Very good value for money, I was astonished to find such a nice room at this price during Golden Week.
Great service as well, recommend to stay here.

Our bathroom smelled like mold and the breakfast was overpriced and not that good. We stayed in 3 places in morioka and the other 2 were much better.

The staff was extremely polite. It is conveniently located close to shopping, dining and Morioka Station. The rooms are a bit small but I didn't spend much time in the room..

The hotel was incredibly clean. It was located very close to the train station. 2 bus stops. The staff were very professional. I would definitely stay again.

Wish they can clean bathroom better. They had stains around the bathtub and the sink and toilet bowl was dirty otherwise it was good please clean the bathroom

Less expensive from hotels near JR station. Yet nice clean comfortable room.
Bicycle rental service, free but only two. Better to wake up early to get it. I got one at 07:15! It seems most of hotels got some in this area.
We only stay at Art Hotel. The customer service is above and beyond exceptional. My children love all the employees. The rooms are always clean and stocked with necessities.

Hotel is very close to central areas and also to the main train station. The room i stayed was renovated and unlike the normal japanese business hotel design. it was nice and modern. You do have to pay extra for parking but it’s 800Yen only so not too bad.
