He left toys for my children to play with whilst we were staying. The amenities in the room were better than expected, with an internal laundry, fridge, microwave and more. "Really not used to all of the urban noise associated with being on the main drag into town but I guess that's par for the course for a Motel.
Mix up pre-arrival with the room payment meant personal funds had to be used to cover a work assignment- they could have done better in this regard.
