The promenade is directly under our room and there is zero sound proofing. Super loud partying the entire night into the morning. I could even hear the guy singing in the shower in the room next door. Totally fine if you can sleep with noise, but not if you need relative quiet. "

"This was our first time at Wynn. Would never go back. Checking in was not a good experience! I felt like I was talking to a robot. They didn’t have the room we booked, offered a different room, didn’t accommodate anything like we had reserved. The person checked us in was like either this or leave it. Very weird. I had never felt this way at a Vegas hotel! We had breakfast with our room, at the cafe they said no walk in because they were busy! So honestly not sure if I wanna spend more time to write more about the unwelcoming hotel and staff. So we would never go back to Wynn when we have so many other options! No wonder hotel was not that busy. Walking around was like not Vegas at all."
